How to stream on Kick and Rumble at the same time
Short answer: Can you stream on Kick and Rumble at the same time? Yes. Kick allows multistreaming and Rumble allows restreaming to other platforms. Kick Partners turn on Kick's Multistreaming toggle when they also stream to a long-form platform.
Kick and Rumble both pitch themselves to creators who want fewer rules and a bigger cut, and their audiences only partly overlap. Going live on both from one OBS puts the same stream in front of both crowds, with nothing extra to run.
Here are two ways to do it with Multistream: Multistream Cloud, where OBS uploads once and the cloud sends the stream to Kick and Rumble, and the free Multistream app, where your PC sends both copies. After that: the Kick Partner rule that matters here, and how to stop pasting a new Rumble key every stream.
Method 1: Multistream Cloud (one upload for every platform)
Multistream Cloud takes one stream from OBS and sends a copy to Kick and Rumble, and to up to 12 platforms in all. Your internet only uploads that one stream, so adding a platform doesn't need a faster connection. It comes with Pro, $10/mo.
- Create your Multistream account, then get Pro on your Account page.
- In the Studio, step 1 (Pick platforms), click Add a platform and add each one:
- Kick: click Sign in with Kick, log in and click Allow. Or paste the Stream URL and stream key from Kick's Creator Dashboard → Settings → Stream Key.
- Rumble: paste the Stream URL and stream key from Rumble's streamer configuration. Create a Static Stream Key in your Rumble account so it stays the same.
- Install Multistream for OBS (Windows 10 or 11, OBS 31 or newer) and open OBS. The Multistream dock opens on the right.
- In the dock, click Sign in with your browser and approve it.
- The dock's pre-flight check looks at your OBS settings, Multistream Cloud, your platforms and where OBS sends. If OBS isn't sending to Multistream yet, click Point OBS at Multistream.
- Click Go live on 2. After a 3, 2, 1 countdown, OBS starts streaming and Kick and Rumble go live.
If OBS or your internet drops, Pro keeps your platforms live on your BRB clip for up to 30 minutes, and when OBS is back you carry on in the same broadcast, with the same chat. Turn it on under Disconnect protection.
Method 2: the free Multistream app (from your own PC)
The free Multistream app for Windows can send the copies from your own PC instead. Your upload then carries one copy for each platform, and if your PC's internet drops, your platforms drop with it. Run the app's Speed test first to see what your connection can carry, or work it out with the free upload calculator.
- Download the Multistream app for Windows 10 or 11 and open it.
- Go to Multistream → Go live and set Where the relay runs to This PC.
- Open Setup guide and click Add a platform for Kick and Rumble. Twitch, YouTube and Kick accounts you've connected in the app add in a click; the others take their stream key.
- Install Multistream for OBS and open OBS. Without Pro, the Multistream dock sends your stream through the app on this PC, so keep the app open.
- Click Go live on 2 in the dock. Your PC uploads one copy for each platform.
Good to know for Kick and Rumble
Kick Partners: Rumble counts as long-form. Kick asks Partners to turn on its Multistreaming toggle (in your dashboard under Partner Income, or /multi on in your chat) when they also stream to a long-form platform, and that stream's payout is cut by 50%. Kick names Twitch and YouTube as examples; Rumble's horizontal live streams are the same kind of platform, so plan on the toggle. Only short-form, vertical platforms such as TikTok LIVE are exempt. Not a Partner? This doesn't apply to you.
Make Rumble's stream key stay the same. Rumble gives each stream its own key (under Get the streamer configuration after you fill in the Go live form) unless you create a Static Stream Key in your Rumble account. A static key doesn't change, so you paste it into Multistream once.
Rumble allows restreaming. Rumble says creators can stream to Rumble while restreaming to other platforms.
One set of settings for both. Every platform gets the same stream OBS sends, so pick settings both accept. Kick takes up to 8,000 kbps and Rumble's maximum is 8,000 kbps too, with a keyframe every 2 seconds on both, so 1080p at 60 fps around 6,000 kbps fits both.
Questions, answered
Can you stream on Kick and Rumble at the same time?
Yes. Kick allows multistreaming and Rumble allows restreaming to other platforms. Kick Partners turn on Kick's Multistreaming toggle when they also stream to a long-form platform.
Does streaming to Rumble lower my Kick Partner payout?

What bitrate works for both Kick and Rumble?
Both list 8,000 kbps as their maximum and a keyframe every 2 seconds. Around 6,000 kbps at 1080p 60 fps fits both.
Can I do Kick and Rumble for free?
Yes, with the free Multistream app, which sends both copies from your PC, so your upload carries both. With Pro ($10/mo), Multistream Cloud takes one upload and sends both copies for you.
