Can your internet handle multistreaming?
Pick your platforms and quality: see how much upload streaming every copy from your own PC takes, next to sending one copy to Multistream Cloud. With each platform's own recommended bitrates.
How it's worked out
Streaming from your PC, every platform gets its own copy of your stream, so your upload carries one copy per platform: three platforms at 6,000 kbps take three times the upload of one. With Multistream Cloud, OBS sends one copy and the cloud sends it on to each platform, so your upload carries the same whatever the number of platforms.
Each copy is your OBS bitrate plus 160 kbps of sound, and a quarter of your upload stays spare. At 6,000 kbps a copy needs about 8.2 Mbps of upload: three platforms from your PC need about 24.6 Mbps.
