Make Twitch channel point rewards

Channel point rewards let Twitch viewers spend points on things like a song, a challenge or a shout-out. Rewards made here can also be paused or changed by your actions.

You need: The Multistream app on your PC, A Twitch channel with channel points

Make a reward

  1. Open Tools in the sidebar, then Redeems.
  2. If you see Connect Twitch to use redeems, click Open Connections and sign in to Twitch first.
  3. Click New reward. A form opens.
  4. Fill in Title and Cost. Add a Prompt to tell viewers what the reward does.
  5. Turn on Require viewer to type a message if you need text from them, such as a song name.
  6. Set limits if you like, such as Max per stream or Global cooldown (s).
  7. Click Create on Twitch. The reward shows under Made in this app and on your Twitch channel.

Handle redemptions

  1. Look under Waiting on you on the same page. New redemptions show up within a few seconds.
  2. Click Complete when you have done what the viewer asked.
  3. Click Refund, then click again, to cancel it and give the points back.

Rewards made in other apps show under Made elsewhere and can't be changed here: Twitch only lets an app change rewards it made.
