See how each platform did in your last streams

After each stream you get a report for every platform: time live, drops and errors. It tells you if Kick cut out for a minute even when you didn't notice.

You need: Streaming through Multistream

Read your stream reports

  1. On the website, open Past streams in the dashboard sidebar, under Stream. In the app, open the Go live section on the left rail, then Past streams.
  2. Look at the top line: how many streams you did this month and how long in all.
  3. Find the stream you want. Each card is named by its day and shows when it started and how long it ran.
  4. Read the platforms with trouble first: they show how many times they dropped, if they came back, and the last error.
  5. The platforms that were fine are listed together on one line, live with no drops.
  6. Click Refresh to load a stream that just ended.

While you're live, a Live now card shows how the stream is going so far.

Only streams of a minute or longer get a report.

If a platform keeps dropping, run the speed test and lower your bitrate.
