Tutorials · Your stream
See your viewers, chat and followers from every stream
See how your streams are growing: how many people watched on each platform, who chatted, and who followed, all in one place instead of on each platform's own page.
You need: The Multistream app on your PC, Your platforms signed in under Connections
In the app
- Click Connections at the top of the app and sign in to Twitch, YouTube and Kick, so their numbers can load.
- Open Analytics on the app's left rail. Overview shows your Platform totals, like followers and subs.
- Open Sessions to see each stream the app recorded.
- Open Trends, pick a number and a time range, and read the Trend over time chart.
- Open Platforms to see each platform's own numbers side by side.
- Open Schedule to see the Broadcast schedule: darker squares are the hours you stream most.
- Open Audience for your Top supporters, or type a name in User lookup and click Lookup.
- Click Refresh to fetch the latest numbers from the platforms.
On the website
- Stream with the app, signed in to your Multistream account. After each stream it sends how it went.
- Open Analytics in the dashboard sidebar, under Stream.
- On Your streams, pick a time range like 30 days. You'll see totals and Viewers per stream.
- Click Chat on a stream to read its chat. Search with Search messages or names, or click Download to save it.
- With your PC on and the app open, switch to Live from your PC to see the app's own pages here.
Your streams work with your PC off. Chat is kept for a limited number of days, shown at the bottom of the page.
Delete from your account removes the history kept on the website. The app on your PC keeps its own copy.
