Streaming speed test
Measures your ping and upload speed from this browser to Multistream Cloud, and the OBS bitrate that leaves room for. Run it on the computer you stream from, with nothing else uploading.
What it measures
- Ping: ten round trips to our server, and how much they vary.
- Upload: eight seconds of sending data, the way OBS sends your stream.
- OBS bitrate, at most: what your upload carries with a quarter left spare.
Then see how many platforms that carries. The live test with OBS itself reads what OBS sends to Multistream Cloud without going live, and needs a Multistream account.

The Multistream app for Windows is free: chat from every platform, alerts, overlays, a chat bot, and multistreaming from your own PC. Short on upload? Multistream Cloud takes one stream and sends it to up to 12 platforms, with Pro at $10 a month.
