Add a follower or sub goal bar to your stream

A goal bar shows viewers how close you are to a target, like 50 new followers. It fills up by itself from every connected platform.

You need: The Multistream app on your PC, OBS

Make the goal in the app

  1. Open Goals in the sidebar, under Overlays.
  2. Click Add goal. A new goal called New goal appears.
  3. Click its name and type your own, like "Road to 50 followers".
  4. Pick what it counts from the first menu, like Follows or Subs / members, and pick a platform or leave All platforms.
  5. Type your target into Target. The badge shows how far along you are.
  6. Pick what happens at the end under When reached, like Reset to 0 (loop) or Increase target.

Switch on Reset each stream for a goal that starts from 0 every time you go live.

Add countdown goal makes a goal that counts down instead, like "There are 20 viewers remaining".

Running more than one goal at a time needs Pro. Extra goals stay saved but don't move.

Put it on stream

  1. Under Look, pick a Colour theme, then set Width, Bar height and Bar colour.
  2. To show all your goals stacked, click Copy on the All goals row. For one goal on its own, click the copy source button on that goal instead.
  3. In OBS, click + under Sources, pick Browser, paste the link into URL and click OK.
  4. Drag the bar to where you want it in the OBS preview.

On the website

  1. Keep the Multistream app open on your PC, signed in to the same account.
  2. Open Goals in the dashboard sidebar, under On stream. You see the same goals as in the app.
  3. Use the + and - buttons beside Progress to fix a count by hand, or click Add goal for a new one. Your stream updates right away.
