Ask a question and get an answer in your Inbox

Your Inbox is where you ask the person who makes Multistream anything, and where the answers come. You usually get one within a day.

You need: A Multistream account on multistream.gg

Ask a question

  1. Sign in at multistream.gg and open your dashboard.
  2. Click the speech bubble button in the top bar. A panel slides in from the right, called Help and messages.
  3. Click New question.
  4. Under What is it about?, pick Problem, Billing, Idea or Other.
  5. Write what happened and where: which platform, the app or the website.
  6. Click the paperclip to add a screenshot or a video, or paste a picture straight in.
  7. Click Ask. Your question shows as Waiting on an answer.

Never send stream keys or passwords in a message.

Read the answer

  1. When there's an answer, a number shows on the speech bubble, and you get an email too.
  2. Open the panel and click your question. It now says Answered.
  3. To reply, type under Write a reply and send it.
  4. All sorted? Click Mark solved. Writing in a solved question opens it again.

You can only have a few questions open at once. If you hit the limit, add to one you already have or mark one solved.
