Manage your Multistream account and plan

Your account on multistream.gg holds your plan and your sign-in. The app on your PC picks up your plan from that same account.

On the website

  1. Sign in at multistream.gg and open Account in the dashboard's sidebar.
  2. Look at the Plan card. It says which plan you are on. On the free plan you can set up and make private test streams; going live on your platforms needs Pro.
  3. To upgrade, click Get Pro. A secure checkout page opens. When you come back, your plan shows at the top.
  4. Already paying? Click Card and invoices to change your card or get receipts, or Cancel subscription to stop it. You keep your plan to the end of the month you paid for.
  5. Under Sign-in, click Sign out of all other devices if you signed in somewhere you shouldn't have.
  6. Use Change password to pick a new password. If you sign in with Google, you can Set a password too.

The page also shows how much data you sent this month and which PCs are signed in.

Delete account removes everything for good, including your stream keys and past streams. There's no undo.

In the app

  1. Open Account in the app's sidebar, under App. The top shows your plan, like Free plan or Active.
  2. If the app isn't signed in to your Multistream account yet, click Open Go live and sign in there with the same account you pay with.
  3. Paid on the website just now? Click Refresh. Pro turns on by itself within a few minutes anyway.
  4. To change your card or cancel, click Manage on the website. It opens your Account page on multistream.gg.

Bought a license key instead? Paste it under License key and click Activate.
